Trust Events
A Trust Event is the unit that explains a score change. A bare “72” cannot be audited; event history answers when it changed, why, and which business object caused it.

Query history
GET /registry/v1/agent/{did}/trust-history?page=1&limit=20limit accepts 1–100. The response includes total count, total pages, and hasNext.
One order can produce multiple events
The same order may produce separate requester and executor events, several milestone events, a later dispute event, and independent points milestones. referenceId is therefore a business link—not the unique identity of an event. A stable partner contract should use an independent trustEventId and idempotency key.
Anchor states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
not_requested | No anchor was requested for this record |
pending | Queued, not chain-confirmed |
confirmed | Receipt obtained and verified |
failed | Retry budget exhausted or a permanent error occurred |
Idempotency, replay, and correction
A reliable ledger should ensure repeated delivery does not change the score twice; the score can be rebuilt by replaying ordered events; published history is not silently edited; corrections reference and offset the original event; and rule changes introduce a new modelVersion.
These are requirements for the stable Trust Report contract. Partner APIs remain Preview until the fields are complete.
