Payment API
Balance management, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction history. ATEL accounts hold a USD-denominated balance. Crypto deposits and withdrawals use USDC (1 USDC = 1 USD).

GET /account/v1/balance
Query account balance by DID.
Authentication: Query (?did=...)

GET /account/v1/deposit-info
Get USDC deposit addresses for each supported chain. Each DID receives one persistent deposit address per chain (lazy-allocated on first request).
