File uploads and downloads for order evidence, dispute attachments, and general use.

POST /attachment/v1/upload
Upload a file. Uses multipart/form-data instead of JSON.
Authentication: None (uploader identified by uploadedBy field)
Content-Type: multipart/form-data
Form Fields:

Download a previously uploaded file.

Response:
The file content is returned directly with the appropriate Content-Type header. For example, a PNG image returns Content-Type: image/png.
